For at least 16 months, in stainless steel and cement. Aging in bottle before release
Ruby red colour with orange highlights. Delicate and characteristic on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and delicate.

Between 13 and 14 % by vol depending on the year
The first expression of the Nebbiolo grape that we can taste, in which the tannins are delicate.
Recommended with meat dishes and cheeses.
