Manual harvest. Stainless steel maceration in temperature controlled for about 8 days. Malolactic fermentation follows in controlled temperature within two months from racking
In stainless steel for 7/8 months. Aging for 2 months in bottle before sale
Ruby red colour with purple highlights. Intense, fruity and characteristic on the nose. The palate is dry and harmonious, pleasant and almonds
Alcohol by vol
Between 12,5 and 13,5 % by vol depending on the year
Bodied wine and versatile. Suitable for all days, is recommended with meats, appetizers and main dishes.
It is consumed generally young, but remains pleasant for 3/4 years.
